1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the dadu92 platform – whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means – you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they found dadu92, whether through organic search, a direct link, a promotion or any other channel. The fact that you are reading these Terms on this page does not exempt you from having been bound by them since the point of first access.

dadu92 may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you disagree with any change to the Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use dadu92, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when creating your account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order either on dadu92 or on any other gaming platform.
• You must not have had a previous dadu92 account closed due to a terms violation.

dadu92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on dadu92. Creating multiple accounts – whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason – is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. dadu92 will never ask you for your password through email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately. dadu92 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your account login with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Players are responsible for ensuring their account details – including name, date of birth and payment information – remain accurate and up to date. Discrepancies between account details and identity documents may delay withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on dadu92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposit methods are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• dadu92 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your dadu92 balance once confirmed by the payment network. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• dadu92 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit before crediting funds.

If a deposit is made in error or requires reversal, you must contact the support team within 24 hours. dadu92 cannot guarantee reversals once funds have been credited and wagered. Chargebacks initiated directly through your bank or payment provider without first contacting dadu92 support are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from dadu92 are paid out in PKR to a payment account registered in your own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The name on your dadu92 account must match the name on your payment account exactly. Mismatches will cause delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe associated with your account tier. Standard accounts typically receive funds within 30 minutes to a few hours during operating hours. VIP Gold and above enjoy expedited processing, often under five minutes.
• Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirements met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
• dadu92 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn.

dadu92 processes withdrawals in good faith and aims to make payouts as fast as possible. Delays caused by banking network issues, payment provider maintenance windows or verification requirements are outside the direct control of dadu92, though the support team will always assist with follow-up.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dadu92 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, fish game specials and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed on every promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that are not used within their validity window will be removed automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• dadu92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not have it retroactively altered once claimed.

7. Gameplay Rules

dadu92 offers casino games, live casino tables, fish games, slots and sports-related gaming options including cricket and PSL-linked tables. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer dealing, as applicable to each game type. dadu92 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet or game round has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, dadu92 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's balance. This decision is final.
• Bets placed in error – wrong amount, wrong game or wrong selection – cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming.
• dadu92 may impose maximum bet limits on certain games or for certain account levels. These limits are displayed in the relevant game interface.
• Automated betting tools, bots or any software that gives an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.

For live casino games, the dealer's decision on matters of card dealing, wheel spin outcomes and similar game-specific events is final. Technical disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a round – the game will complete and the outcome applied to your balance based on the state of play at the time of disconnection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit vulnerabilities in or disrupt the platform's software or servers.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a minor to use your account for any purpose.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting dadu92's own dispute process.
• Any conduct intended to defraud dadu92, other players or third-party payment providers.

9. Responsible Gaming

dadu92 believes that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled activity. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools that all players can access at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the dadu92 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dadu92's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

dadu92 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• dadu92 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, payment network outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Termination

dadu92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or payment fraud is detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our inactive account policy.
• We are required to do so by a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination for cause, any funds derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse or fraud may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances not connected to any breach will be returned via the player's registered payment method following identity verification, subject to any outstanding review requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the dadu92 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after standard verification checks.

14. Changes to These Terms

dadu92 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we may also notify players through an in-platform message or email where we hold a verified contact address.
